Valencia Biosense

Spradling Valencia™ Biosense is a next-generation high-performance upholstery vinyl developed for demanding interiors where durability, sustainability and technical performance are important.

The collection features a bio-attributed polymer and urethane topcoat, combined with a 100% recycled polyester backing made from recycled PET bottles. Spradling identifies Valencia™ Biosense as part of its Biosense platform, which combines bio-attributed materials with recycled PET textile backing and excludes compounds including phthalates, biocides and added flame-retardant chemicals.

With an impressive 300,000+ Martindale abrasion rating, Valencia™ Biosense is engineered for intensive use. It also provides UV resistance, cold-crack resistance to -23°C, stain resistance and an anti-static finish, making it suitable for a wide range of contract environments.

The fabric is 137 cm wide, weighs approximately 645 gsm, and is available in 22 colours. Applications include healthcare, hospitality, offices, residential interiors, marine interiors, mass transportation, automotive and caravans/RVs.

Valencia™ Biosense also carries extensive technical and environmental credentials, including GREENGUARD certification, A+ indoor air emissions certification, REACH and RoHS compliance, alongside a range of international fire-retardancy standards.

Spradling states that each roll avoids nearly 20 kg of CO₂ emissions, while its manufacturing facilities are carbon-neutral certified.
