Upholstery Fabrics UK is an official seller of all designer brands listed on our site. All fabrics are genuine and, in most cases, are sent directly from the main suppliers.

While every effort is made to display fabrics accurately, colours may vary slightly between screens. We strongly recommend requesting a sample before ordering.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices on our website include VAT.
How secure is it to buy from you?
All payments are processed via PayPal and credit card systems, providing a high level of security for online transactions.
Samples
- Cost: £3 per pack, maximum 3 samples per person/address.
- We currently only send samples to UK addresses.
- Many suppliers also offer samples directly via their websites.
Delivery Costs & Information
- UK Mainland Flat Rate: £9.98. Additional charges may apply for some locations.
- Orders up to 25kg will be shipped in one parcel; heavier orders may be split.
- In-stock fabrics are usually dispatched within 2–3 days.
- Fabrics are typically sent on a roll; orders of 4 metres or less may be sent folded.
- Delivery is made to the address provided in your order; the buyer must ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
- Restocking fees may apply for returned goods.
Fabric Standards & Use
- All fabrics conform to relevant British Standards.
- Non-FR fabrics can be used for curtains and loose cover upholstery with a suitable FR liner.
- FR fabrics are suitable for domestic upholstery.
- Crib 5 FR fabrics are suitable for commercial use (pubs, clubs, hotels).
Railroaded Fabrics – What Does This Mean?
This term mainly applies to striped fabrics, where the design runs side to side across the roll rather than along it.
- Benefit: Eliminates the need for joins on longer runs of upholstery, such as the outside back or front border of a large sofa.
