Panaz Cadet Contemporary 4 is a high‐performance faux-leather upholstery fabric engineered for demanding contract environments. Its robust construction (PVC/PU/Acryltron coating over a viscose/polyester base) gives it exceptional durability, with Martindale ratings exceeding 350,000 and Wyzenbeek up to 500,000. With full contract fire-safety certifications including BS 5852 Ignition Source 5 and IMO FTP, it’s suitable for healthcare, hospitality, cruise and workspace applications.
