Its flame-retardant credentials are well established: compliant with BS 5852 Ignition Source 5, BS 7176 Medium Hazard, and BS EN 1021 Parts 1 & 2. The material itself is a blend of PVC/PU coating over a cotton/elastane base cloth, enabling multi-directional stretch for upholstery that needs a flexible yet enduring surface.

Care is simple but essential: regularly wipe clean with a damp microfiber cloth and dry immediately. Absorb any spills quickly, and in case of heavier soil, use a mild, non-alkaline cleaner — ensure all residue is removed and the fabric dried thoroughly. Avoid steaming, immersion, tumble drying, dry cleaning, solvents, or aggressive chemicals, as these may damage the surface. Be cautious with dyes from jeans or pens, which may stain permanently.
